Policy:Blocking

Blocking is to prevent a contributor from editing the wiki, this can be done by a staff member of the wiki. There are various of reasons for blocking a contributor from the wiki. Most contributors sees blocking as a punshment and something they start to rebel against to. Blocking is meant to prevent further damage or disruption. Blocks sometimes are used as a deterrent, to discourage whatever behaviour let to the block and encourage a productive editing environment.

Request for blocking

The contributor can request a block for another user by contacting a staff member. Only come with a very good reason why you believe that contributor should be banned from the wiki. The staff can block a contributor directly, but they can also send a warning, depending how serious the issue actually is. If you got banned, do not try to solve the problem through a different way. You can do that by editing your own talk page and ask for the reason why you have been banned from the wiki. It can lead to unbanning your status if it was unjustified.

Main reasons for blocking

Acceptable reasons

Personal attacks to another editor. Vandalism on various of article pages. Persistent harassment. Spamming. Acting incivility. Adding fan art and fan theories constantly. Adding sexual content or images.

Edit warring or revert warring Ignoring any warning that has been given to you. Showing your own way of editing. Sockpuppetry. Doesn't read the wiki main policies. Having a account with unusual username. Solving problems through something else instead of the wiki. Love letters to characters.

Unacceptable reasons

Accounts may not be blocked for:

• Disagreeing with a administrator about something they discuss about.
• For internet slanging editors ^{(Note: Internet slanging is forbidden to use at this wiki.)}.

Duration of blocking

• If you've created a account then you will be blocked for less then 5 months only if you didn't nothing badly then you will be blocked forever.
• If you got blocked for the first time, then you will be blocked for a short period of 1 week. Continuing will be larger by time till time until forever.
• If you didn't or doesn't create a account on wiki and you vandalizing with a unregistered username (you IP showing), then you will be banned forever.
