This article contains a list of Yo-kai Watch: Shadowside episodes that began airing on April 13, 2018 and on other dates in different prefectures in Japan. The episodes are part of the Shadowside project, by first starting with the fourth movie. The animation series takes place after the events of the fourth movie with the cast returning but with different voice actors and actresses and it includes Nathan Adams son Keisuke Amano as the main protagonist.
The animation series set 30-years after the original series and follows the fifth-grader Keisuke Amano, the son of Nathan Adams and Katie Forester. He does not believe in anything related to supernaturnal activities, such as ghosts, UFOs, or even Yo-kai. He noticed that his older sister Natsume Amano, one of the protagonists of the series and the fourth movie, has been coming home late and decided to tail her. He discovers that Natsume goes to a Yo-kai Detective Agency were Natsume is forced to involve Keisuke in her activities. The other main cast members from the fourth movie, Touma Tsukinami, and Akinori Arihoshi also are the protagonists of the series.
