Koalanyan (コアラニャン, Koaranyan) is a Rank A Restoration-attribute Rare Yo-kai of the Charming Tribe. He will make his first debut in the third movie of Yo-kai Watch.

Biology

A koala with a blue swirl on it's belly, a small aquamarine colored wisp shaped tail, and wears a collar just like Jibanyan does, Koalanyan's collar sphere is greenish blue, though. His nose is dark green and his fur is the same color as the swirl on his stomach.

He seems to like to dance. He can only communicate using his own name and "puku puku".

He has the ability to transport himself and other people between the real and cartoon world via a simple boop on the nose.

His name is a combination of koala and nyan (meow).

• In the third movie, in spite of Whisper not checking to see what his name is, Nate named him.
