The three protagonists [[Natsume Amano]], [[Touma Tsukinami]] and [[Akinori Arihoshi]] from the [[M04|fourth movie]] started a Yo-kai Detective Team to investigate Yo-kai activities in their town. Natsume Amano's younger brother [[Keisuke Amano]] is shown as well.
