Earth Walker NOA (アースウォーカーＮＯＡ, Asuu-Woka NOA) is the powered-up form of Earth Walker after going through five hours of Master Nurari's intensive training.

Earth Walker NOA Armored (アースウォーカーＮＯＡアーマード, Asuu-Woka NOA Amado) is Earth Walker NOA after fusing with Little Kommander Ace.

Design

Earth Walker NOA resembles a cat with dark gray fur, black spots on his forehead, and spikes coming from his collar. His eyes are light green. His two tails have black spots or are fully black near the ends, with the ends being colored blue and red separately, before fading into a yellow hue near the top. He has a white and blue zipper vest, with the white being on the lower half and the blue being on the upper half. It has yellow stripes and a blue panel just below his collar. There are white and pink stripes by the shoulders. His vest is unzipped, revealing only pitch black underneath it. His belt is gray with an upside down white triangle emblem at the center of it. Both of his arms have armbands leading from his wrist to his shoulders, and a bigger one next to the shoulder. The ones leading up to his shoulder are white with gray and pink stripes, while the one closest to his shoulder has a blue stripe on it. He wears the UR Watch on his left arm. He wears white gauntlets on both hands, both having a gray and pink stripe like his armbands. The bottom of the gauntlets have a pink stripe going horizontally. He wears white pants with gray stripes condensed around the knees. He wears pink rollerblades that have a white stripe down the center, expanding to be gray and dark gray near the toes. The straps on his rollerblades are dark gray. There are spheres protruding from both sides of his rollerblades near the ankle region colored green and purple.

He wears white pants with gray stripes condensed around the knees. He wears yellow kneepads with a black stripe going down the center of its bottom halves, and a gray center with some white around it that resembles Little Kommander Ace. He wears pink rollerblades that have a white stripe down the center, expanding to be gray and dark gray near the toes. The straps on his rollerblades are dark gray. Earth Walker NOA and Earth Walker NOA Armored boast great speed and power, boosted by their versatile yo-yo weapons and roller blades. They also have several Command Medals they use in battles. They can also use any Command Medals that Earth Walker uses.
