Cadin is a cicada Yo-kai with the appearance of a {{w|cicada}} with a light yellow body color, four brown colored arms, round eyes with black round pupils, a long "beak"{{w|field drab}}-coloured rostrum and foureyebrows armsand an earth yellow colored head. He wears a green sleeveles {{w|kimono}} tied with a purple belt{{w|obi}} and wears a pair of geta{{w|Zōri|zōri}} that contains a purple colored hanao. ABeneath katanaits hangssleeveles fromkimono, like every insect, has a dark green {{w|abdomen}} and on the back, he has blue transparent colored wings. He wears a {{w|katana}} around his belt that contains to have a dark red saya with the kashira of the katana being purple.
