Description[edit]
The p notice (personal notice) is a template that can be used for the user page of the contributor. The contributor can make a personalized message, such as a welcome message for visitors visiting their page. Do place this notice template (if the contributor wants to use it) on the top of the user page, or if the contributor uses sections and wishes to use it on top of a section (below a header), then the contributor can do so.
